We would hope the young person stays with us at least five nights per week, undertakes to participate in developing their life skills and make a commitment to finding positive ways to manage their time.

Placement cost includes all management and service delivery plus breakfast seven mornings per week.
Placement pricing is determined by the individual support needs of the young person, this should be discussed and confirmed at referral stage.
There is a separate service charge which covers all utilities, washing/ ironing facilities and wi-fi, payment for SC to be confirmed at start of placement, if this is to be paid by the local authority or the individual young person from their allowance.
A breakfast of cereal, egg and toast is available weekday mornings and a cooked breakfast is available Saturday and Sunday.
Intact also provide a cooked evening meal Monday to Friday.

- Provide an Independence Programme and key worker to support for each young person to develop their social skills and access appropriate employment and educational opportunities by, for example, working closely with local training providers
- Advocate for the young person in their formal representation either by telephone or in person, for example, accompanying them/preparing them for interviews
- Encourage the young person to establish their own links with external agencies and local organisations, community resources and leisure outlets
- Provide advice and signposting regarding alcohol, drugs, sexual health, healthy living, safety on a formal and informal level
- Assist the young person with their personal finances, for example, opening a bank account, accessing benefits and managing their money
- A Weekly Planner and monthly progress reports covering all aspects of their lives where signposting is provided and positive action plans are produced
- Attending and hosting LAC and other reviews with external professionals to ensure that each young person is working towards their goals
